Josh Schwartz, REALTOR
My name is Josh Schwartz, and I am a lifelong St. Louis resident. I attended St. Louis University High School and Missouri State University, where I met my wife, Sara. We married in 2021 and share our home with our rescue dog, Viola.
Baseball has always been a big part of my life. I coach baseball at St. Louis University High School and still play on two different teams for fun. I’m also a dedicated fantasy football and fantasy baseball player—and I’m pretty good at both!
I earned my real estate license in 2014 and made the move to real estate full-time in 2018. Today, I rank among the top 3% of agents nationwide within the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

With more than 35 years of experience in St. Louis real estate, I have built my career around leadership, relationships, and service. Before returning to full-time sales, I spent more than 25 years in management and executive leadership, serving as a branch manager, general manager, vice president of sales, and designated broker.
Today, I work alongside my son, Josh, as part of the Home Field Advantage Team with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Properties.
